Wargaming Mobile Studio, responsible for World of Tanks Blitz development and operations, is looking for a 3D Artist to work on an exciting new multiplayer hero shooter with a third-person view targeting a worldwide mobile audience.
Our game is built on a game as a service model, to deliver content to our community for years to come and use some elements of MOBA gameplay.
You will design and develop a brand-new gaming experience together with an awesome multicultural team, combining experienced western design leadership, World of Tanks Blitz veterans, and top-class talents from around the globe.
Your role on this team: to create high-quality beautiful 3D environment props that follow the art direction and the overall vision of the game.
We are happy to consider candidates worldwide. We are quite flexible with regard to different locations: the core team is based in Minsk, part of the team works from Moscow and Berlin, and some other locations.

Create high-quality 3D assets according to concepts & references and based on art direction
Create high- and low-poly models, PBR textures for them
Model props, buildings, foliage, etc.
Rework geometry and textures of existing assets
Create assets that are optimized and match the performance requirements of the engine (we use Unreal Engine)
Create clean game topology, UVs and textures
Create LODs and destruction states
Collaborate with 3D teammates, 2D Artists, Tech Artists, Game Designers, Art Director etc.
You have 2+ years’ experience in video games industry as 3D Artist
Participated in at least 1 game production
Have excellent knowledge of 3ds Max or Maya or any other industry-standard 3D modelling packages
Solid ZBrush skills
Strong expertise in Substance Painter
Keep your 3D art portfolio up to date
Able to communicate efficiently, handle feedback positively, and just love working in a team
Able to accurately estimate and plan your work in order to maintain the optimal production pipeline and meet deadlines
Pre-intermediate+ or higher level of English (and the desire to improve it daily working in the international team)
