DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Supports the development and execution of advertising and marketing partnerships activities for hardware and software product launches
  • Develops weekly and monthly reports that highlight key campaigns, status and team priorities for Advertising and Marketing Partnerships team
  • Drives improvements and enhancements of current reports and processes to increase team effectiveness
  • Participates in ideation sessions and provides input to help evaluate and respond to creative reviews
  • Provides support to Manager and Leads:
  • Manages and executes custom marketing programs for broadcast, digital and other media
  • Responsible for collecting art assets, style guides, product information and other materials for creative development and distributes to agency partners
  • Manages the coordination of product demonstrations for events and agency partners
  • Communicates with internal Nintendo departments, vendors and external contacts to schedule briefings, creative reviews, status calls, etc.
  • Coordinates the delivery of products for video productions
  • Responsible for tracking talent usage and updating internal and external teams and managing the cross-functional usage of video assets across
  • Initiates and manages internal request processes, such as AV, design, events, product procurement, etc.
  • Assists with procurement and purchase orders as necessary
  • Assists in securing approval and use of brand assets with design, product marketing, NCL and other teams
  • Responsible for collecting assets and information to develop communication updates on marketing activity for weekly Campaign Planning and Activation Meetings
  • Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
  • Provides back-up Administrative support for the department.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
  • Two to five years of related advertising and/or marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in advertising production preferred
  • Effective communication skills: ability to ask probing questions, listening to learn and reading/adjusting communication approach based on the audience and situation
  • Ability to manage details and competing priorities
  • Knowledge of Nintendo products/video game industry a plus but not required
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Formal training in marketing practices or equivalent preferred
