  • Represents Bus. Admin/PDR for global discussions related to onboarding, publisher agreements and 3rd party payments with NCL.   
  • Supervises Business Admin Team by providing directions and guidance to deliver results and accomplish projects. 
  • Educates and supports Business Admin Team members for their advancement and the Team’s progress.   
  • Work closely with other Assistant Managers in Business Management Team for daily operations and personnel by attending regularly scheduled meetings.
  • Manages and administers multiple 3rd Party business tools and system
  • Manages onboarding process to ensure all developer/publisher accounts are in good standing
  • Maintains and administers account files and documentation in share drive(s), database, and in other internal systems
  • Partners with NCL to handle setup for e-Shop listing and sales tracking tool for NOA publishers.
  • Works with Finance, AP and NCL to manage all 3rd party related payments including monthly royalty payment.
  • Works with global Legal team for agreement preparation and negotiation.
  • Works closely with various teams in PDR in order to deliver priority contents in a timely manner.
  • Reports on developer/publisher account status to Department Management.   
  • Prepares and gives business workflow reviews to Department Management regarding progress and roadblocks.
  • Prepares and maintains weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as requested.
  • Drives continuous process improvements activities, optimizes systems & processes and increases productivity
  • Reviews and reports on industry trends and identifies opportunities
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Provides back up support for PDR Business Administration Managers.
  • Initiates and leads continuous improvement and value-add initiatives, independently or through cross-functional teams, and provides analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Establishes and manages goals, objectives and metrics for the team

  • 5 or more years of related experience
  • 2-3 of people management
  • Video Game Industry experience preferred
  • Project, team/people and account management experience
  • Understanding of tax, accounts payable, agreement/contract and e-commerce concepts and some direct business experience with these concepts and terminologies
  • Bilingual English/Japanese required
  • Undergraduate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid passport may be required
