Customer Onboarding Specialist

We're looking for a multi-faceted Onboarding Success Manager to join our team. Your mission will be to work with marquee prospects throughout their trial and help them become successful customers.

The Customer Success Team does exactly what our name implies. We help our customers be successful, and not just with ZenHub. We aim to understand how ZenHub can be used to support the behaviors and practices that our customer’s teams use to drive kaizen (Continuous Improvement).

In this position, you will support our trial Cloud customers Onboarding into ZenHub while working strategically with our Sales team to pin point strong growth opportunities in our Cloud client base. You’ll play a key role in growing our business through your insights while collaborating with a world-class team. We’re a remote-first organization with an existing hub in Vancouver and a growing presence on the US East Coast and throughout Europe.

What you'll focus on:
  • You'll prioritize which trials get a personalized onboarding and qualify these opportunities to understand how we can best help these teams with ZenHub.
  • You'll be the first point of contact and knowledge for customers during their initial trials and onboarding onto ZenHub.
  • You'll ensure trials are successful by clearly articulating ZenHub’s benefits to both business and technical users.
  • You'll work with Sales and Engineering as part of the Success Team to ensure new customers are up and running and cared for post-conversion.
  • Take the lead in procurement and legal conversations to ensure we have the foundation for future growth.
  • You'll have the opportunity to shape internal processes and facilitate communication between Customer Success and Sales, ensuring quick resolutions for customers.
Our ideal candidate has:
  • Ability to manage 15-20 high-touch enterprise opportunities with both trials and current customers
  • Engaging Presentation skills (you’re a performer)
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum / Lean / DevOps / etc
  • You like data and you use it to help you make strategic decisions and prioritize your work.
  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time and/or Greenwich Mean Time zones
Bonus points for:
  • Current / Experienced ZenHub user
  • Industry certifications a plus (Scrum / SAFe / Scrum@Scale / etc )
  • Experience with agile project management systems, kanban, task boards, etc
  • Experience with source control systems, such as Git, Perforce or Subversion.
  • Working knowledge of GitHub Enterprise.
