DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Manages Demantra and Retail Event Planning, creates new tools and enhancements, and provides technical training and support to NOA & NOCL Sales, Retail Marketing and Strategy
  • Manages the quarterly planning processes (QPP) which includes the Quarterly Planning Meeting (QPM) and Quarterly Account Strategy (QAS) meetings and support for Quarterly Executive Review (QER)
  • Manages QPM by collaborating with various teams (Tree House, Digital at Retail, Strategic Initiatives, and PDR) to create comprehensive programs and launch content for internal teams and retail partners
  • Assesses the viability of new direct retail distribution points to ensure they align to the broader   NOA strategy and target audiences. 
  • Partners with Retail Marketing in the development of quarterly promotional guidelines to ensure program alignment with overall retail strategy and volume objectives.
  • Manages QAS meetings by reviewing forecasts and promotional events at retail, analyzing BDF budget and requests, and aligning on plans.
  • Manages NOA Sourcebook annual content update and deployment to retail partners by incorporating changes from cross functional partners including Finance, Sales Planning, and Legal.
  • Manages and tracks Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy adherence and establishes policies that ensure brand equity is adhered to in retail executions.
  • Manages BDF budget to include strategy, planning and tracking recommendations for efficient allocation of BDF spend.
  • Manages collaborative projects with Sales, Business Analysis and Planning, and Sales Planning & Analysis teams related to closeouts, off-sets, evergreens, and discontinued items
  • Manages Retail Marketing non-launch budgets in collaboration with finance on budget plans, spend, and reallocation of funds.
  • Serves as the sales lead in NOA’s check and balance of claims payments to ensure validity.
  • Tracks RMP budgets and projections, provides guidance, and explains discrepancies vs financial goals to Sales Leadership Team.
  • Delivers regular updates to the Sales Leadership team on BDF spend and account balances to assess status and quickly redeploy fiscal funds.
  • Partners with Finance and Sales to track, actualize, and optimize RMP budget spend and ensure consistent approach to forecasting, budgeting and adminstration of funds availability.
  • Manages Numerator (ad tracking provider) and Price Spider PROWL (MAP tracking provider) relationship, contract, and training for NOA.
  • Serves as Retail Strategy’s Business Continuity Process (BCP) single point of contact and maintains the BCP SharePoint.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of seven years relevant work experience
  • Two or more years of experience presenting analysis recommendations to retailers and leadership
  • Experience working in or leading a multi-functional department
  • Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Expert in spreadsheet and database applications (Excel, Word, Business Objects)
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent
