Marketing Manager, Social Impact

As the CSR Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our CSR marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the CSR program and product leads, to help drive our CSR strategy, and build programs that our community cares about. You will lead integrated marketing plans to drive awareness and engagement of these programs. 

You will be an engaging leader, who knows how to actively listen and drive for alignment with your various stakeholders. You’re a self-driver who is a master at prioritization, and is comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive on team-work and collaboration. 

You possess a proven ability to influence and an unwavering belief that corporate responsibility can have a positive social, environmental, and economic impact for both the company and society, and you will evangelize the importance of corporate responsibility across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build integrated marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement and scale for various CSR related projects, targeting our community of creators, as well as Unity employees, where appropriate
  • Help identify key partnerships which can help us achieve our CSR goals, and co-market those we determine have the most impact. 
  • Project manage marketing deliverables including but not limited to; program launches, events, online and offline campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Assist and support the Education Product Marketing team (part of the CSR marketing team) in go to market planning and execution

Requirements

  • Experience creating marketing programs/plans and managing partners as well as working closely with stakeholders to align, onboard, and execute a crystal clear vision and game plan
  • You must be proactive in your work to handle multiple complex problems and have the ability to multi-task and to work independently, with a positive attitude, and be excited to take on new challenges
  • You are a team player that is able to gain cross-organization cooperation to execute marketing campaigns
  • Results and ROI oriented, Self-motivated, self-starter who is always thinking a step ahead, and a master of time management, who can prioritize, tune out the noise, and drive to execution with laser focus on what matters most in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to present with confidence to executives, peers, customers, and partners

Bonus Points

  • Experience working at a not for profit, or within Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Relevant education i.e. some marketing degree required, or solid on the job experience, MBA
  • You are not tied to any one "right way" but thrive in an environment that is as fluid as your ideas
