Head of Performance Advertising Agency
Provide effective Search strategies to meet performance goals (user acquisition) and support the user journey funnel, implement best practice frameworks
Manage Paid Search and SEO strategy on a daily basis
Analyze and optimize current Search campaigns to deliver better ROI/KPI
Find new sources of performance growth
Track results and deliver reports and analytics
Work with creative materials for different platforms
Sync with other teams on CRO, A/B tests, Data and guide them in terms of Search
Click fraud issues management/prevention
Financial planning and budget management
Team management – hiring, coaching, inspiring, etc.
Educate and support clients to grow performance
Strong overall expertise in digital marketing, understanding roles and benefits/barriers of every channel within digital mix
Technical expertise in effective PPC/performance strategies and large digital accounts development worldwide
Proven track records of SEO and SEM management at senior level
Demonstrated ability to manage teams of digital professionals (2+ employees)
Project management skills (JIRA)
Strong analytical background
Google Ads certification
